If you are like most people, you plan everything in advance. Plan the detox in advance just like anything else important. Please note, your eating and drinking habits can be hard to break. When we change our habits, we can tend to get moody, emotional, or irritable.

Eliminate all processed foods, Wheat, Dairy, Meats, Sugar, Nuts, Fats, Sodium, Caffeine and Alcohol. Eat only fresh and whole. Stay away from fruit juice; eat the fruit whole with the fiber intact. If you are craving a fresh green juice.

You are around toxins all day; most times completely unaware of it. Fluoride toothpaste, mattress with fire retardant, cosmetics, beauty products, body products, aluminum or Teflon pans… The list goes on.
Prepare your mind, body and spirit. Plan and prepare for the upcoming journey. When you think of it as a whole
program (the big picture) it gives you a better perspective.
Some of us work ourselves to death, with the idea that once we have “enough” (money, work, possessions,
etc) we will be ready to slow-down and then… Take care of ourselves? Or how about, even making time for a
family, hobby or retirement? Unfortunately, we have it all backwards!
The biggest component of the Detox is the Mental-Commitment followed by your time-commitment. Now
that you have made a commitment to your health and future-self, let’s jump in and explore the unexpected.

Greetings Voyagers,
I want to send a quick shout out. I am so proud of each and every-one of you! To prepare and promise yourself the commitment of a two-week detox is the greatest gift you can give your body. It is a wild trip we are embarking on, I want to thank you for taking this journey with me. The Detox virgins are embarking on a voyage with no idea what is ahead of them…. Stormy seas or peaceful beaches. I will try to make the rough patches as easy as possible. Even veterans have new issues come up each time… No-one gets to escape the trip without a little turbulence. We are all in this together so please reach out if ANYTHING comes up. Tiny or big makes no difference. You may not be the only one feeling it. I have had clients that cry for a whole day, then wake up revived and happier than ever.

ANYTHING THAT COMES UP (EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY, OR PHYSICALLY) IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS- JUST KNOW… THIS TOO SHALL PASS. Keep that as your Mantra.
THIS TOO ~ SHALL PASS, THIS TOO ~ SHALL PASS, THIS TOO ~ SHALL PASS
EVERYTHING IS TIME AND ENERGY. DON’T FEED IT ENERGY AND LET TIME PASS.
EVERYTHING WILL RIGHT ITSELF IN THE END. PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS!
Activate… We are all in this together.
Have a peaceful and productive day
